These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Synaptic Front mobile game and its related online services (together, the “Service”), provided by Pavlo Vasylchenko (“we”, “us”, or the “Service Provider”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, or under the minimum age required by applicable law in their country. If you have not reached the age at which you may agree to these Terms on your own, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any of its content.
Synaptic Front is a fictional science-fiction strategy game inspired by neuroscience. It is not a medical device, medical simulation, diagnostic tool, treatment, or source of medical advice. Game terminology and fictional events must not be used to make health or medical decisions.
Online multiplayer is optional and requires a compatible game version, a working Internet connection, and availability of the multiplayer service. Network latency, interruptions, disconnections, version incompatibility, server maintenance, or desynchronization may delay or end a lobby or match. We do not guarantee that an online session can always be created, completed, replayed, or restored.
Automatically generated display names and lobby information may be visible to other players as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not:
Campaign progress, achievements, and settings are primarily stored on your device. Clearing application storage, uninstalling the game, changing devices, backup failure, file corruption, or an operating-system action may cause local data to be lost or restored to an earlier state. You are responsible for managing the backup settings available on your device. Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may maintain, update, balance, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational, security, legal, or product reasons. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice. We do not promise that every feature or online service will remain available indefinitely.
Your use of an application store, device backup provider, operating system, Internet provider, or other third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent services, availability, or acts, but this does not limit our responsibility for processors acting on our behalf where applicable law makes us responsible.
The Service, including its software, visual assets, audio, text, names, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Our Privacy Policy explains how the Service processes information. These Terms do not waive or restrict rights provided by applicable data-protection law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, compatible with every device, or free from loss of local progress. Any warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of local game progress, loss of an online session, or interruption of online features.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
We may restrict or terminate access to online features when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other players, respond to unlawful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Where applicable law requires notice or an opportunity to appeal, we will provide it.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Service Provider, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
We may update these Terms when the Service or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required by law. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service.
